Web browsers and operating systems we support

Internet Explorer 7 and 8 on Windows, Firefox 3 and 3.5 on Linux is supported.

To export and read PDF reports, you will need to install the free Acrobat Reader application and browser plugin. You do not require a PDF writer.

If my operating system/browser isn’t listed, can I still use 1234Cast?

1234cast may still work just fine on a different browser or operating system than those listed above, but we cannot offer support for problems that are found to be related to the browser or operating system you are using.

Which browser do you recommend?

Choosing a browser is largely a personal/subjective thing – there are many features that each browser offers that may make it better for you to use. However, we do recommend Internet Explorer 8 or Mozilla Firefox 3.5 for Windows. Mozilla Firefox 3 or 3.5 is recommended for Linux.

Do you support Mac ?

The application should run fine on Mac/Safari but its not been tested.
