Support Team Access

Sometimes the service team here at 1234Cast need access to your information in order to assist you with a problem.

Under the terms of service you agree to when you sign up with us we already legally have the right to access your data for specific purposes like this but we normally don’t use that right of access without asking you again formally.

This is mainly as a courtesy but it is also because we take data security very seriously and think that it is better to get specific permission from you when it is needed.

We think this small inconvenience is worthwhile for us both because your information security is important and it ensures tighter control.

Please note: The 1234Cast Support team provides support on how to use system features, we do not provide business or legal or budgeting advice.

If you raise a support request with our support team via the phone or the web, we may ask you to grant us permission to investigate the issue.

To allow 1234cast support team members access please -

  1. Create a support ticket inside the application and give us clear instructions on the problem you have in writing here. You need to explicitly provide us with access (see step 2) or give us additional permission in writing as part of the service request or a subsequent email.

  2. Invite 1234Cast Support into the application via the "Users" settings option. Click on Settings> Users> Add User and check the box that says "1234Cast Support user". This will send an email to 1234Cast Support and enable access for a support member. We recommend you remove this access once the support issue has been resolved by our team.
